Glenn Hidalgo of Brooklyn, NY and I Talk About the Importance of Staying Healthy

My friend, Glenn Hidalgo and I think it's super important to stay healthy, especially during this time with the Covid19 virus. No one wants the Caronavirus!

And we we do get it, Glenn and I want our immune system to be ready.  We've been doing lots of things while staying indoors. We've been making veggie and vitamin packed smoothies, have been taking our B12 supplements and having been eating plenty of fish. Glenn Hidalgo and I like to live healthy lives. We like to exercise together and we are both big bike riders. Glenn and I love to ride our bikes together when it's safe all over the different parks in Brooklyn, Ny. We love NYC and love to ride together.

Right now it's hard to get out and go to the gym or exercise outdoors except for running or biking once in awhile. But there are some good websites Glenn S. Hidalgo and I would love to share with you that's helped us stay sane during these times.
